An oasis of calm in Heavitree close to shops, bus routes and with the city just 10 minutes by bus or a walk of about 25 minutes if you are feeling energetic. This little house offers space and comfort for a great break, close to city, sea and country. It is about an 8 min drive from J29 on the M5 and 15 min drive from St David's railway station or the university. There is private off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby. The space Our welcoming self-contained end terrace house is set away from the road behind an Edwardian building and looking out over a grassy courtyard shared with other houses, while there is a small private garden area with patio furniture to the rear. Downstairs is the spacious living room with dining table and chairs as well as two comfortable sofas and a smart TV and Wifi. There’s a small cupboard for hanging coats and hats. Patio doors give access to the patio and garden. A garden shed with padlock at the side of the house can be used for bike storage if required. A well-equipped bright modern kitchen looks onto the grassy front courtyard. It has an induction hob, a combined oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher. There is no washing machine but the launderette on Fore Street is very convenient as it is within a two-minute walk. Upstairs there is one double bedroom available with a new sprung mattress and bedside tables with plenty of room for suitcases, and a modern shower room with mirror and a shaver point. Guest access Guest have full and exclusive use of all the facilities and rooms listed. We have another bedroom set aside for our own private use when there are no guests staying there. The property has its own reserved parking space. Other things to note Fore Street and local shops, small supermarket, launderette, cafes, restaurants, takeaways and pubs are literally a one-minute walk away and so convenient for your day-to-day needs as well as the little treats to make your stay special. Heavitree Pleasure Gardens are two minutes away with a café, tennis courts, bowling green and pathways to explore as well as the children’s play areas.
