Condo in Brighton and Hove

Hi! I'm renting out my small art-filled central Brighton flat located within 5 minutes walk from Brighton station & 12 minute walk to the beach/ pier. - Bedroom has a double bed that sleeps 2. - Living room has a sofa bed to sleep 1. - open plan kitchen. - Small 3 pc bathroom and access to small balcony. Please note: As the flat is near a main road, it can be noisy with street traffic, so if you want a quiet flat this may not be suitable. Complimentary earbuds are supplied to help you sleep. The space Small 1 bedroom flat with an open plan living room + kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. The washing machine isn't currently working, this is reflected in price and there's a Laundromat 2mins away. Guest access Entire flat (Living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony) will be occupied by just you throughout your stay. Other things to note Please note: As the flat is near a main road, it can be noisy with street traffic, so if you want a quiet flat this may not be suitable.
