The space We strive to keep our guests comfortable and happy. We will provide fresh linens and towels with every stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all three levels of the house; rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garage and the living room. Our property has a strictly NO-smoking policy ( of all kinds) allowed within the within and around the premises. Please make sure that this rule is followed, to avoid any fee adage. One car garage parking space and a 1 car garage driveway parking space. Absolutely no street parking where red, no parking zones are marked. Additional street parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Other things to note Extra property informations: - There is a flight of stairs heading up to the first floor of the property, leading up to the receiving/seating room section of the property. - Living room is more like a seating room. It has one futon sofa that serves a seating area and can be converted into a bed. -There is only one television in the property. It is situated in one of the upstairs bedroom. Our property is within a very quiet neighborhood. It has close proximity to other neighbors. A 9 pm quite time will be very much appreciated and it would be best to avoid any of the neighbors making complaints. As much we love pets and own one, this place is mostly carpeted and not suitable for pets Only service pets allowed. Absolutely NO smoking allowed A $100 fee, per day will be charged per house rule violation.
