New and modern apartment near Moa

Welcome to my apartment in a peaceful and modern residential area in Spjelkavik. With a multitude of trails and hiking opportunities just outside the door, this is an ideal starting point for outdoor enthusiasts. The Moa area, with its shops and cafes, is only a 15-minute walk away, and there are also good bus connections to Ålesund city center. Grocery stores are only a five-minute walk away. For families with children, it is worth mentioning that both primary school, stadium and kindergarten are nearby. The space I moved into the apartment in July 2023. The apartment has a spacious porch of about 17 m² with seating area, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun until it sets around 10 pm. In addition, the apartment has its own garage. Guest access Guests can use the entire place, with the exception of the storage rooms. If you have bicycles or similar, these can be placed in the garage.
