There's a second room that can be booked, together with a self-contained studio flat at the bottom of the garden, so altogether this property can sleep 6+ adults and children. The space An extended inter-war semi-detached with some original features, gardens to the rear and front with raised decking and seating, plus a self-contained flat for 1 or two people with separate access at the bottom of the garden (also on Airbnb) Downstairs: A front dining room that comfortably seats 8 people; A sitting room with TV, log burner, and french doors onto the garden; A kitchen with a Bosch integrated dishwasher, Rangemaster classic 120 cooker, and a deep/wide fridge in a recess; An extension given over to storage/breakfast with skylight and doors to the garden and the utility room, which features a sink, storage, boiler, and a 9kg washing machine. Upstairs: three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, toilet and corner sink. Guest access The booked bedroom and shared spaces - including the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, garden with decking, and bathroom. During your stay I split my time between Northampton and a few other places. I will always be there to meet, check ID, orient you to the space, and be available for questions and any problems that arise. I will sometimes invite people to join me if I'm going out or eat with me if I'm cooking (usually but not always non-vegetarian).
