The Condo ===================== • 800 sq.ft condo • 2 bedroom condo with 2 full washrooms has a lot of natural light and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people • The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattresses • The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattresses • A fully equipped kitchen • En-suite laundry facilities, dishwasher • High-speed wireless internet connection • A 55” Smart TV, large closet spaces. • An Iron, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and several other daily kitchen appliances • Basic toiletries such as Toilet paper, Kitchen towels, Shampoo, Body Wash & Laundry detergent are provided • Clean Towels and Linen are provided for all guests • Unit is professionally cleaned between each stay. We follow extra cleanliness protocols to make sure guests are super comfortable Parking can be arranged for $35 per night or $450 for the month Guest access Guests will have access to all building amenities that are open to use. If for any reason, they aren't available, unfortunately, I have no control over it, can't be held liable, and no compensation can be provided Other things to note A valid government-issued ID is required from all guests staying at the unit, and a picture of all IDs will be taken for security purposes.
