Downstairs is the living area with living room, deck, dining area, kitchen, laundry and separate toilet. 2 balconies - one off the living area and one off the master bedroom, both with views of the Noosa National Park. The unit has split cycle air conditioning in the primary bedroom as well as the lower level living/dining room. Also includes ceiling fans throughout. 2 minutes walk to the ocean and a short walk along the boardwalk to nearby beach at Little Cove, or an extended walk to other nearby beaches in the national park. 10-15 minute walk the patrolled Main beach at Noosa and to Hastings St, where you will find a plentiful variety of cafes and restaurants. Within the unit, you must climb stairs from the entry to the unit to the kitchen, dining room and living room on the next floor and again to the 3 bedrooms on the floor above. Undercover parking is provided for one motor vehicle. TV please bring your own Chromecast or firestick to stream your personal favourites. WiFi is provided but it can be intermittent sometimes.
