Villa Brisa in Roda de Berà (Tarragona) is the ideal place for you and your family. The house is located in a quiet residential development, 10 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown on foot. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The space The villa sleeps 8 and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool. The pool is exclusively for guests and is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy the sun. There is also a large barbecue so you can prepare your own meals outdoors. Roda de Berà is an ideal tourist destination to enjoy an active vacation. You won't be able to miss the wonderful beaches of the Costa Dorada. The beaches of Roda de Berà, Torredembarra, Comarruga, etc. are just 5 – 15 minutes away. You can take advantage of the good weather and Mediterranean atmosphere, and taste the wide variety of gastronomic offerings that the area offers. Don't forget to enjoy a good paella, with a good local wine, on one of the terraces at the foot of the beach overlooking the sea! The house consists of 2 floors: At street level we find 7 steps that lead us inside the house. In it you will find two bedrooms with single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen and a living room with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace with great views. Downstairs we will find a large private pool with barbecue, a porch with tables and chairs, a bathroom, laundry room and a large open game room with foosball and ping pong table and a small garden. For our part, we will do our best to make it so, and we will be happy to offer you a unique stay. Guest access The accommodation is totally exclusive for guests. You won't share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Pool maintenance is done weekly by qualified personnel. The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Other things to note BOOKING POLICIES Groups of young people UNDER 28 are not allowed to book. *** The house IS not SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR YOUTH GROUPS *** This house is designed to enjoy as a family, in a quiet, pleasant and residential environment. *** If you are looking to organize a great party, loud music, and disturb the beggar, this apartment is not for you, and you will surely find one more suitable *** *** ELECTRIC CAR IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE, AS THE ELECTRIC POWER OF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT *** Before arrival at the house, a link will be sent where the data registration of ALL guests must be made, and in addition , the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya must be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys, WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is 1.75€ per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (under 17 do not pay). LIABILITY Reservation of the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the property rules that will appear posted carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For non-responsible conduct, the landlord may request guests to immediately vacate the home, without the right to compensation or reimbursement. It is forbidden to use the house with a number of occupants greater than the capacity of the house. Guests are responsible for the good care of the dwelling during their stay and undertake to deliver it in the same condition in which the accommodation and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear of the dwelling. If there are any defects in the house, please let us know immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the house in good condition, tidy kitchen and trash in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain the operation of the facilities. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. The loss of keys will have a surcharge of €75 for each set. IMPORTANT: If a locksmith must be called by a locksmith in order to open the door of the property, expenses will be charged to the guest, via a money request via Airbnb.
