Other things to note BOOKING POLICIES ★★ CHECK IN / CHECK OUT ★★ Check-in: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Check-Out: 10:00 AM The keys are provided in person by our team. ★★ POOL AND MAINTENANCE ★★ ✔ The pool receives weekly professional maintenance. ✔ The jacuzzi and outdoor facilities are maintained regularly to ensure their proper operation. ★★ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ★★ ✔ Groups of young people under 28 years of age are NOT allowed. ✔ NO parties or events. ✔ Charging electric vehicles in the house is NOT allowed. ✔ Commercial filming or photo shoots are NOT allowed without prior approval. ✔ NO food or drink in the rooms (to avoid ants and stains that require professional cleaning). ✔ DO NOT flush trash, towels, wipes, or paper towels. Flush only toilet paper. ✔ Turn off all lights, AC and heating when leaving the villa. ✔Prior to arrival at the house, a link will be sent where the details of ALL guests must be registered, and in addition, the mandatory TOURIST TAX (in effect at the time of booking) of the Generalitat de Catalunya must be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ Respect the quiet of the neighborhood. ✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the home. ✔ Only guests included in the booking may stay. ✔ The maximum capacity of the house must be respected at all times. ✔ Trash must be placed in the outside containers before check-out. ✔ Loss of keys will incur an additional cost. IMPORTANT: If, due to the guest's oversight or negligence, a locksmith must be called to open the door to the property, the guest will be charged for the expenses. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the containers on the street. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
