Welcome to our guest apartment - converted and furnished 02/2024. It is situated in the beautiful Oberbergisches Land about 65 km from Cologne, with a private garden. Here a lot is offered for cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists and divers, or also for employees who want to stay longer and work nearby - we grant a high discount for long-term guests! We look forward to seeing you soon. The space The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you might need. It is located on the 2nd floor of our house - there you are for yourself. With private entrance! Stairs It is perfect for one person but also suitable for two. Queen size bed with 1 mattress 140 × 200 cm Incl. bed linen and towels - change 1 x per week or when needed. In your own garden you can also make yourself comfortable. Garden furniture is available. Non-smoking apartment - possible in the garden behind the house. With private parking. If you bring bicycles, you can lock them in the back of the garden shed - please let us know in advance - extra key. Supermarkets, snack bar, gas station, laundromat, outdoor swimming pool, bike path, bus stop - all very close - within minutes on foot or by vehicle. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.
