Description
Apartment with 1 bedroom-suite, kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and 1 parking space. It has a double bed, 40" TV, Wi-Fi, stereo, minibar, stove, coffee maker, oven, washing machine, microwave, sofa bed, hairdryer, 1 vacuum cleaner and air conditioning. The Mall has a convenience store, bar and salon/hairdresser. Close to bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, subway and other services. The prices are discounted for stays from Friday to Saturday, weekly and monthly. The space The property has a basic kitchen kit for two people with dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups and pots. Only upon arrival do we deliver the apartment with a bed set (4 pieces), 01 bath towel and 01 face towel. There is no replacement of parts and consumables or typical hotel services, for example, continuous cleaning of the premises. Security Deposit – if you damage the premises, there will be a minimum charge of R$600 to compensate for damages with maintenance, materials and loss of profit from the premises. Guest access The rental is for the entire apartment. The occupant may only access the gym and pool during the condominium's hours and rules. Other things to note The apartment does not have a screen or safety net on the masonry balcony, which is approximately 1.2 meters high, so the occupant must assess the safety or suitability for the presence of children. Family members must prove a relationship with the child! Parties or events are not allowed in the apartment and common areas of the building; Check-in should preferably take place between 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. (the following day), by appointment, in the presence of the building staff for biometric security identification upon presentation of personal documents; Check-out is also by appointment, up to the limit of 12:00 p.m. - Keep the apartment clean and organized, under penalty of a cleaning fee of R$100.00; - If you break any appliance or object in the apartment, it is your obligation to repair or replace it; - Please do not throw paper, tampons, wet wipes, etc. in the toilet. Use the trash can. No smoking inside the apartment; - Please turn off the lights and any electrical appliances when you leave the bedroom, bathroom and apartment. The maximum allowed energy consumption for a 30-day rental is R$ 100, under penalty of an additional charge; - Do not hang clothes or any utensils on the window/balcony; - It is important to obey the quiet hours required by the condominium, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; - We rent based on the rules provided for in LAW No. 8.245, OF OCTOBER 18, 1991 of the lease for the season; - Visitors are allowed, as long as we have agreed in advance. Visitors may not stay in the apartment after 10 p.m., under penalty of an additional charge for an extra guest; - It is forbidden to rent/sublet or use the apartment for any purpose other than that provided for in the vacation rental law, including prostitution services and any similar activity will be reported to the competent authority; - It is the condominium's rule to report the identity number of the guest(s). This data must be passed to the host BEFORE check-in; - IMPORTANT: Any breach of the rules, the rent will be canceled, the occupant will have to leave the apt immediately, without direct refund!
