Guests will arrive with self check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We are counting on you to respect the check-out time so as not to delay the start of cleaning. Any late check-out not allowed, will result in a penalty of €50. Before your departure, we kindly ask that you wash and put away your dishes, empty the garbage cans (the containers are outside on the street) , gather the linens used during your stay and clean the appliances used (oven, microwave...) On request, we can provide you with a cot for free, and a high chair. During your stay, we ask that you adopt an eco-responsible attitude: - Don't let the water run unnecessarily - While you are away, turn off the lights and electrical appliances - use the heaters wisely Thank you so much. The washing machine also dries laundry, the instructions can be found in the furniture at the entrance Keys: The loss or damage of the keys, remote control and access badge provided will result in a fee of €200. - Please note that we do not offer intermediate cleaning during the stay or change of linen.
