It’s here to bring cozy vibes year-round—no logs, no smoke, and no hassle. In summer, you can turn on just the flames for that peaceful glow, and in winter, switch on the heat to keep things toasty. It’s fully enclosed and child-safe, so you can relax and enjoy the ambiance without worry. Sit back and let the fireplace work its magic! Boosting a large media room with a comfortable sofa to relax & enjoy a movie or read a book. Access to a modern kitchen with great appliances. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed & is bright & airy with natural light, dimmable lights fans & air conditioning for comfort . Enjoy a swim in the beautiful lap pool or relax on a sun lounger & sock in the rays. The property is only a 4 minute drive to the popular Thornside waterfront, enjoy beautiful sunrise walks, great dog parks & fun kids parks or enjoy a picnic or barbecue along the waterfront with the family. Other things to note We have a beautiful blue tounge lizard call Ringo who safely locked in a glass enclosure. Ringo requires a small amount of food every second day & water provided daily (food will be prepared & left in the fridge in a small round container with green lid & his water will be left in a bottle on the enclosure). Please fill his small feeding dish with the meat (approx a table spoon) If this is an issue please let me know. Please keep his enclosure lights on. Please do not handle Ringo. He is friendly however lizards should only be handled by the owners. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻 Rosie, is our trusty (and slightly quirky) robot cleaner! She’s fabulous at keeping the place spotless, but every now and then, she finds herself in a bit of a pickle—stuck under a chair, wedged by a table leg, or just chilling in some random corner. If you spot her on one of these little “adventures,” please help her find her way back to her charging station next to the buffet. Oh, and if you’d like to keep the house spick and span, just give her dust bucket a quick emptying every 3 days. Rosie thanks you, and so does the floor!
