We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any disruptions, as we highly value the peace and privacy of our neighbors. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including eviction without refund of remaining funds or deposit. Please take a moment to review our house rules for complete details. **Quiet Hours** Quiet hours are strictly enforced on the premises from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, please refrain from engaging in any activities that may create excessive noise, including loud conversations, music or other disturbances that may disrupt the peace and comfort of our neighbours. >>Rubbish Collection Day<< Please ensure the bins are taken out to the kirbside on Tuesday and promptly returned after collection on Wednesday. If you're unsure which bins to handle, don't hesitate to contact me or follow the lead of our neighbours. >>Security Cameras<< We have two security cameras on the property. One is positioned on the front porch, while the other is located just outside the garage door.
