The space Dive into the private salt water pool, or unwind in the backyard with a shower and BBQ area. The rancho and various seating options provide the perfect spots to relax and listen to the birds and other wildlife or to catch sight of the beautiful macaws as they fly overhead. Just steps from the 7km tidal beach front of Bellena Bay, our beautiful and modern bungalow villa is a perfect place for your and your family to enjoy a summer vacation. With a volleyball court and horseshoe pit near El Rancho (the community's beach front restaurant), and the golf course and pickleball/tennis courts by the main gates, you will have lots to do to entertain yourself here. Each room has it's own air conditioning unit for your personal comfort. A well appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Or take it outdoors and BBQ poolside under the rancho. Don't want to cook but don't want to go out? Talk to our host Lisa, she can help you arrange to have someone come in and prepare a meal or two for you! Late flight and no time to shop on your way in? No problem. Again, connect with our host and she can help you arrange for the fridge to be stocked when you arrive. We have you covered. Other things to note This villa holds 6 guests maximum, (including children) If you have a larger family or are traveling with a group, we can help you rent another villa, onsite, for your additional guests. Please ask when booking if you require more villas. Please note security will only allow in the number of guests booked for each property, so it is important for full disclosure. Or apologies in advance but, no pets are permitted. Owners are severely allergic and visit regularly. If a service animal is required, pets are not permitted on the furniture and require their own bedding if sleeping on the bed. Please note we do NOT subscribe to TV services. The TV is a smart TV and you can stream your personal subscriptions, but the National TV is not available.
