Situated just 10 min from Peregian Beach, 12 min to Noosaville and 8 min from Eumundi, you'll find out why Verrierdale is the local's secret! The space The Hanger is a converted rural dwelling situated separately to the main cottage and surrounded by native gardens, bush tucker and birdlife. It has a spacious open plan with floor to ceiling glass doors showing off the woodland vista. *Kitchenette* The Hanger has an L-shaped kitchenette with fridge, Breville coffee machine, toaster, jug and dishwasher. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dinnerware, drinkware and utensils. You will find dishwashing liquids, tablets, sponges and wipes under the sink. *Lounge and Dining* The Hanger has a 4-seat timber dining table and large sofa with ottoman, armchair and coffee table. The room is fitted with a Smart TV and portable speaker which you can connect to. *Bathroom* The Hanger has a large bathroom with shower. It has a 2x windows, one with acreage views, both of which are fitted with blinds for full privacy. Complementary toiletries are provided from our talented local business community. *Bedding* The open plan Hanger has a queen-size bed and extra sofa bed. All sliding doors are fitted with blinds for full privacy. There is ample hanging and drawer space and two bedside tables. A cot or toddler bed can be made available upon request. *Workspace* The Hanger has its own NBN wi-fi and dedicated workspace. *Heating and Cooling* The Hanger is core filled with concrete & recycled glass floors keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. It also has a large split system air conditioner for cooling and heating and 4x ceiling fans. *Covered Outdoor Dining* The Hanger has a covered outdoor dining area with 2-burner Matador BBQ and 4-seat alfresco dining table. Perfect for sipping on your morning coffee/tea and having a BBQ for lunch or dinner. *Outdoor Area* The Hanger has exclusive use of an unfenced outdoor grass area and large concrete space. Lined with passionfruit, mulberry, guava and lemon/lime trees, you are welcome to pick any ripe fruit! Please note the dam and creek are no access areas. *Laundry* The Hanger has an internal laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer. You may also use the portable clothesline. If you are coming from Eumundi/Doonan/Noosa, it is the first driveway on your right. If you are coming from Peregian or Sunshine Coast Airport, it is the second driveway on your left. You may park your car in front of the garden bed of the Hanger. Other things to note 1) This is our home loved by family and friends. We ask that you respect our property by not smoking, littering or feeding native animals. 2) This is a rural property serviced by tank water. Please be mindful of your water usage during your stay as rural Queensland can experience water shortages and periods of extreme dryness. 3) The area surrounding the main Cottage, creek and dam are no access areas. 4) No smoking/vaping, pets or parties.
