The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all of your favorite meals, and you can gather around your large dining room table to enjoy them! WHAT’S NEARBY This condo is within walking distance of many amenities and activities at Granby Ranch. Skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails surround the property. Spend a day fishing on the private stretch of the Fraser River or tee off at the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Head to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally throughout the year) to relax after a day of mountain adventures. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and is available for one vehicle. THINGS TO KNOW * No bathtub, shower only ** As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
