On the terrace you will find a large private pool with an outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers and a large table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine throughout the whole day. On the ground floor you can find the living and dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a washing machine and the first bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobe and two ensuite bathrooms with shower. On this floor there is access to the large balcony and the roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja. On the same roof terrace, a wonderful jacuzzi awaits you, where you can experience moments of peace and tranquility, either alone or in company. The entire accommodation is equipped with central air conditioning for cooling and heating. You can park your car on the property or on the street in front of the house. Maximum temperature: 30°C JACUZZI Open all year. IMPORTANT Please note that FOR HEALTH REASONS, IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT WE DO THE JACUZZI MAINTEANCE WEEKLY. If no one is at home during this time, the professional may enter the home with their key and go up to the roof terrace to do the maintenance. LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN FEE If you wish to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a 25€ supplement (including 21% VAT) will apply. Check-ins between 01:00 and 02:00 incur a 50€ supplement.
