We have a 3 bdrm 2 bath unused upstairs. You will be renting only this room/ bath. This room is a master suite with a twin bed, queen bed and an over sized comfy recliner. The bedroom has a lrg smart TV with Amazon prime movies and HULU . Has ensuite bath W tub/ shower. Linens, towels. We have a beautiful deck/grill that you can enjoy. We 15 minute from Downtn Nashville. Coffee/tea/soda. Large kitchen which you can cook in. No curfew, come/ go as you please. NO SMOKING/Vaping. The space You’re welcome to use the kitchen, we have an extra refrigerator for guest use in the garage, if you need to store food. We have board games, just ask. We also have a large deck with a propane fire pit, fun lightning, a grill and seating. Guest access 1 parking spot. We have a beautiful deck with a fire pit that you’re welcome to use. It has outdoor lighting, a gazebo with a table and chairs During your stay We don’t intrude on anyone’s stay. When guests are here, we try to stay as invisible as possible. The majority of the time we’re working, six days a week. However, if you need us, we’re just text message away. Other things to note We provide linens, pillows, soap and shampoo, Kleenex, toilet paper, hair dryer and a coffee bar.
