The unit is at Carola B building, 5 minutes walking from the beach and the country club (besides Pico Sands Hotel). Prime location with mountain view. The default number of guests is 4 to 6 pax maximum. The unit has AC, new LG 43 inches Smart TV with media streaming apps, WiFi inside and outside the unit, shower heater, electric conduction stove, kitchen wares and utensils for six pax, fridge, rice cooker, cooking pans, hot kettle and water dispenser. Two queen-size beds and 1 sofa bed. We can accommodate 6 pax. Kitchen is available. We provide bathroom toiletries, house cleaning materials for the bathroom and kitchen and bath towels which can only be used indoors. We have drinking water too. Guest access GUEST ENTRANCE FEE: Club Guest Registration Fee is not included in condo rate. It has to be paid by all guests to Pico de Loro Cove Beach & Country Club upon entering the premises. Guest Registration Fee is a onetime payment and is valid for 1 week stay at Pico De Loro Beach and Country Club. Senior citizens have discount on registration fee and any purchases within the club.
