Located close to Highway 99, the home is gated and surround by the amazing views of a large pond and sandy beach area. The house is newly built, with air conditioning and heating, and is to the highest standard. There is complimentary coffee and tea available and snacks that you can enjoy upon arrival. There is also fire pit and bbq grill that guest can use during their stay. The space The container home has a small bedroom with a full size bed, living room with a full and twin size bunk bed, bathroom, and kitchen. It is a private area located behind a gate with a large pond and sandy beach area. Please Note: There are two sliding doors available in the home to close off the bathroom area from the living room or the bedroom. Plenty of parking space of available for your RV or boat.
