The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot and cold water, a separate study with air conditioning, a laundry room and a fully enclosed garage with guest toilets and storage space. The study overlooks both the street and the living room and is furnished with a desk, desk chair and a bookcase with interesting reading material about Suriname. In this room there is also a monitor on which the camera images of the house can be seen. The living room is spacious and comfortably furnished and seamlessly connects to the open kitchen (air conditioning). The kitchen is fully equipped for a household of six people and equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, stove, oven and rice cooker. Outside you will find both a large front and back terrace, with space on the back terrace to set up a hammock. This terrace is directly adjacent to the swimming pool, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The enclosed garage accommodates two passenger cars. The house is fully secured with anti-theft devices, an alarm system connected to PPS and security cameras. In addition, there is a barbecue set available for cozy evenings at home. Please note! During the rainy season, the street can be flooded during heavy rainfall. To be more environmentally conscious, we apply a surcharge for energy (over)consumption. In this home, energy consumption up to 150 kWh per week is included in the rental price. If you use more than this limit, the extra costs will be settled afterwards through Airbnb. The rate for additional consumption is calculated based on the kWh rate applicable at that moment.
