Just a mile up the road from The Eccardt Dairy and Beef Farm, The A-Frame is located on a class six road tucked in the woods. This is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life (no electricity, no cell service, no heat, and no running water). It is located perfectly for anyone who loves camping and the outdoors (hiking, biking, UTVs). Just a short drive away from beautiful lakes to kayak and swim and The A-Frame is just a mile off the Monadnock Sunapee Greenway Trail. The space The A-Frame is located on 6 acres of land and abuts the Eccardt Farm conservation land which you are free to explore. The A-Frame is located on a class six road where you can travel by UTV, bikes, and hiking. It is a mile off the Monadnock Sunappe Greenway Trail by Lovell Mountain. There is no electricity, heat, or running water. There is a outhouse bathroom on property. Guest access There are two twin beds but more guests are welcome to stay in tents. The place is yours for the duration of your stay and you can park on premises. If you would like to trailer in a UTV you can park your trailer at Eccardt Farm. Other things to note The A frame does not have any heat, electricity, or running water. Your will include one small propane canister(for grill and/or heater). Please plan accordingly and bring extra. Fire wood is for sale right down the road at Eccardt Farm, you can purchase for the fire pit and you can purchase extra propane canisters at Tractor Supply in Hillsboro. There is a fire pit, so feel free ton ring your wood for the fire!
