Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We provide artfully designed, fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more, and we are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space We cannot be held liable for noises outside the property, including construction or street noise, or for rooms without air conditioning; rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description, and we will not accept reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. Our in-house design team selects all furniture and decor to ensure a high level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences between the furnishings shown in the photos and those found in our units. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. Ukio may request documentation proving permanent residence and the reason for stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To finalize reservations, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. By booking, guests acknowledge and consent to these requirements. Reservations cannot be accepted without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.
