We do, however, understand that sometimes life has its hiccups including acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, and flooding, that we cannot foresee nor control, and travel plans get canceled, so we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, giving peace of mind that you are covered in the event of an emergency. We suggest you research carriers and or select the one that Airbnb recommends and look forward to hosting you!* When using the outdoor cowboy pool, hot tub, and shower: 1. No oils, lotions, glitter, bubbles, soap, shampoo, or glass are allowed in the hot tub and/or cowboy pool. Please report any dirt to your host so that they may service the tub in the event wind or other factors prohibit clean use, we will respond in a timely manner to ensure your comfort. 2. Do NOT stand, walk, sit, or lie down on the hot tub cover, this includes children. 3. Always turn off the high jets & lights before closing the cover when not in use. 4. Follow cover removal and replacement instructions provided on the lid to the hot tub. 5. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times, no unsupervised use is allowed. ***Failure to follow these rules, resulting in damage or injury, will incur a minimum fine of $100 up to replacement cost. Owner held harmless for any injury or damages incurred during guest's occupancy and use of both the cowboy pool and the hot tub.*** We charge a flat rate of $25 per guest per night for additional guests over two and a flat rate for each small dog in the amount $75 (up to two dogs) to cover deeper cleaning to eliminate both pet dander as well as odor, ensuring a clean stay for every future guest.
