The living/dining room has a large 6-seat dining table perfect for dining and/or work space, a large sofa that converts into a double bed, 43" Smart TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen has a marble countertop, large sink, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. The bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside tables, TV, and ceiling fan. High-speed Wi-Fi included. The building has a lobby with virtual security guards (camera and monitors) and secure electronic access for all residents and guests. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it is usually not necessary due to the sea breeze and mild temperatures. The apartment has central heating, which means that all the apartments in the building have the same heating and it turns on in mid-autumn and off in spring. Therefore, the heating is turned on and off by date and not by temperature. In the event of extremely cold days after turning off the central heating, there is a 3,300-watt portable electric appliance (rarely needed). Public transportation (bus) is one block away, and taxi and Uber services take no more than 3-5 minutes to arrive.
