Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Texas Panhandle in your own private canyon. Start your day with a visit by the resident deer, enjoy a hike around the 27 acre property, and end it with owl songs in the evening. This private getaway is the perfect setting for an intimate event or just a peaceful family getaway. The space Our 1700 sqft home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1000 sqft of open living/kitchen/dining space and 2000 sqft of outdoor living space. The space was designed for entertaining and easily accommodates 40 people for an intimate gathering or event. Master bedroom with king bed and seating area is perfect for guests of honor. There are two smaller bedrooms - one with a twin and twin trundle and one with twin bunks, as well the option for an air mattresses in the living room. A small camper adjacent to the house that sleeps 3 is available for extra guest accommodations. We live in the home full time, so you will be sharing space with our belongings. We are mindful of the need to stretch out and have carved out space for you to make it your own during your stay. We love to entertain and will gladly offer our home for you to do the same, but please note that you must have prior approval before hosting an event in the space. Guest access Access to the home is via steep, winding road. Confident and competent drivers recommended! There is a parking area before the road gets steep that is a 5 minute walk from the house.
