Casa Majahua accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. 7 guests sleep comfortably in each bed, 3 extra guests on a single mattress and 2 cots with a maximum support capacity of 35 kg. Other things to note CLEANING SERVICES DURING THE STAY - If your reservation is longer than 15 days, we provide a complementary cleaning service one day during the week. -If your stay is less than this number of nights and you wish to hire this service at an additional cost, we will gladly schedule it for you. FOOD PREPARATION SERVICE -If additionally you hired the kitchen staff, this one will prepare food during your stay and for the days you hired the service. -The service is exclusively for the kitchen. You will cook, serve the food, wash the dishes, and clean the kitchen. On that day, the staff will NOT clean the house, change beds, do laundry, iron or take care of minors. -The additional cost for food preparation service is $600 pesos per day from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. - If you require this service, please request it immediately after making your booking. We'll schedule it and it'll be ready for your dates. - I will send you a request for this service through the platform, which you must pay at the time of booking, or it will be added to the payment plan you have chosen in your booking, depending on your situation. GETTING AROUND -Do not take your car to the event or wedding and enjoy the night without worrying about having to drive. PETS - The pet fee must be paid at the time of booking. The app allows you to register only one pet. - If you wish to travel with two pets (the maximum number allowed), you will need to pay the corresponding fee by bank transfer. - We accept small-breed pets - Follow the pet policy. It will be sent to the chat once the reservation is made. - If you would like to visit us with a pet (rodents, rabbit, hamster, etc.), the fee is 1,000 pesos and a damage deposit of 2,000 pesos must be paid (refundable 7 days after check-out). The requirements are listed here. -If the pet is a dog or cat, a deposit of 1,000 pesos must be left, which will be refunded 7 days after check-out.
