Cozy Cottage Bittebo (with sauna)

Relax, enjoy the tranquility and experience nature at this peaceful residence, only 35 minutes by car from the airport. Here you can watch the northern lights, go skiing or snowshoeing, light a fire, relax in front of the fireplace, play board games, go to the sauna, go hiking in the woods, in the mountains or along the sea. Nice fishing areas and ski slopes nearby. Grocery store 20 minutes by car. Electricity and water. Bus stop 1 km. Wifi and 5G. We who rent out are very fond of our cabin and think it is nice to share it with guests, welcome ❤️ The space Bedroom 1: Double bed (150 cm) Bedroom 2: Double bed (150 cm) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (2*90 cm). Good mattresses in all beds. Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 smaller/person) are included. Feel free to bring an extra towel for use in the sauna (there are also disposable seat pads you can use) Bathroom with Cinderella incineration toilet, sink, shower and sauna. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and other kitchen utensils. Dining area with 4 chairs (+two extra) Living room with comfortable sofa and armchair. Attic where you can sleep on a mattress or children can play. Sled for children is available for loan. Other things to note When renting a car in the winter, we recommend four-wheel drive. The cabin is located 300 meters in on a forest road. Our goal is to be able to drive all the way to the house all year round and be able to park on the property. Occasionally (rarely) there may be situations with a lot of snow or water where you have to park about 300 meters from the house and walk the last stretch on foot or on skis. Prepared ski tracks run from Straumsbukta school. The first 3000 meters are floodlit. You can also start the ski trip (or walk with snowshoes) directly from the cabin and reach the ski track after about 800 meters. We have two pairs of snowshoes (one lady and one gentleman) as well as a pair of snowshoes for children for rent if desired. Headlamp or flashlight can be a good idea to bring in winter time. If you are lucky, you can see moose, reindeer, foxes, hares and other animals in the forest. Nearest grocery store (20 min by car): Eide Handel Fjordvegen 14, 9107 Kvaløya, Norway. Many think that this is Tromsø's best grocery store, but it is a bit more expensive. There are also several grocery stores on the way from Tromsø as well as a smaller one on Brensholmen.
