Spacious bedroom + bathroom & garden & pool access

Come and relax at my place, a quiet place, ideal for relaxing; a small peaceful haven. Guests can enjoy the garden, the private pool & outdoor dining area. The house is 2 steps from the edge of Saône that you can walk along to get to the village (local shops & good restaurants). Beautiful walks await you (blue route, villages of golden stones, wine route, Lake Cormoranche, castles...). Highway access is within 10 minutes . The space I was won over by my house, an old adobe building from 1830 with authentic charm, which I am working on renovating. The garden is the perfect place to relax with its various rest or dining areas and its private swimming pool surrounded by vegetation. The house is next to the edge of Saône and the blue route which allows you to reach the center of the village by taking a pleasant short walk. Guest access You will have access to the garden with its small summer kitchen (microwave, plancha, hotplate, refrigerator...) and the swimming pool without overlooking neighbors. A parking spot is reserved for you in front of the house. During your stay During your stay, I am at your disposal to answer any questions you may have and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note The pool is opened and closed depending on the weather. In principle, from June 1 to September 15 (to be checked before your booking). I cannot be held responsible for climatic hazards (heatwave, storm, etc.) that would make the pool temporarily unusable despite regular maintenance. I accept small, clean and calm dogs that sleep in their basket. A folding baby bed is available, at no extra cost, for children under 3 years old. I no longer offer breakfast.
