Sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably and has all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. Located just a short drive from Orlando theme parks and attractions. The space Our tranquil lakefront home boasts a private dock and boat ramp, perfect for those who yearn to spend their days out on the water. Bring your boat, water skis, wakeboards, tubes, jet skis and sunscreen! Cook a chef-inspired meal in our full kitchen equipped with new GE appliances, with room to chop, slice and dice on the granite countertop with seating for 4 to keep you company. Gather around the dinner table for dining and game night memories with seating for 6. Movie night is even grander on the cozy couch and loveseat, opening to the screened-in porch and Lake Juliana with a large smart TV...just bring your passwords for any streaming service! Spend your evenings outside by the fire, roasting s'mores and swinging under the moonlight. Please note: fire wood is not included, but there is a Publix 0.9 miles away for purchase. - Outdoor swinging chairs (2) and hammock - Central air and heat, smart thermostat - Self check-in with smart lock - Screened-in porch with gorgeous lake view Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the owner's closets. Boat ramp is private access for guest use only (non-public use). Boat lift is off limits to guests. Other things to note - Cameras are located around exterior of the house (facing each driveway) for security purposes, but no cameras inside to ensure our guests' privacy. - *NO PETS* There will be a $150 charge imposed for breaking our ‘no pet policy’. - Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit, life jackets - Swim in the lake at your own risk. Kayaks may be used at your own risk. Life jackets are strongly encouraged for all users. Bring your own boat or other water sports equipment and utilize at your own risk. The boat lift is off limits to all guests. Any damages to kayaks, dock, or boat lift will be the sole responsibility of the guest. - MAX adults allowed in this home is 6. - Minimum rental age is 25. - Driveway parking for up to 6 cars. - ALLIGATOR CAUTION: always be cautious and aware of your surroundings when in or near the water, especially with young children, as it is safe to assume that any sizable body of water in Florida may have alligators. They can typically be seen floating in the water or on the edge of the bank. Do not interact with or feed alligators. - IMPORTANT: please remember that this property is located on a lake in Florida. While we do spray for pest control monthly, there will always be an unavoidable amount of bugs, especially in the summer months. We encourage guests to utilize bug spray and turn off porch lights whenever they are not needed, as any light at night will attract bugs. There is a specific bug on this lake that looks like a mosquito, but will not bite. They are called "midge bugs" or "blind mosquitoes". They are attracted to any light and will swarm at breeding times. Keep doors closed and outdoor lights off when they are present to minimize bugs getting indoors. There will be no refunds given for interactions with Mother Nature. NOTE: For safety and security of our guests, each guest who enters the home at anytime during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund.
