This brand new, cozy basement apartment offers a picturesque view of the valley! Let yourself in through your own private entrance. Located just minutes off the freeway with easy access to Portneuf Medical Center, Idaho State University, and much more that Pocatello has to offer! The space On the far left of the property you will see a sidewalk going down behind the house. There is a small lantern where the sidewalk begins. This will take you to the private entrance of your basement apartment rental. There is a kitchen with everything you will need to cook, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a tv, and a bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. Please note, you are staying in a basement apartment with a family living above. You will hear noise. Guest access The day of your check in you will receive a door code. Please park where the small lantern is by the sidewalk on the far left side of the property. We only allow one car. However, message us if you are in need of accommodations. There is no backyard use.
