Bright single room in a very good location

Enjoy this cozy and bright room with a closet and 1 table, in a very well located house, less than 10 minutes from the train and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Weekly, we clean the room and the bathroom, with a change of sheets and towels. Normally there is only 1 guest and the bathroom is for exclusive use, but exceptionally, it can coincide that there are 1 or 2 more people staying and the bathroom is shared. SMOKERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!! THE TOURIST TAX IS INCLUDED! The space The house is a large apartment, with 5 bedrooms, 4 of them have beds. * Bedroom 1: My husband and I slept * Room 2: our daughter's room (she is not currently at home) * Room 3: It is a single use room, which we make available to guests * Room 4: It is a bedroom with a double bed that, exceptionally, can also be occupied by some other guest, family or friends. * Room 5: It is the one we use for the iron, among other things, and the one that gives access to the washing machine area. The kitchen is spacious with all necessary utensils and appliances to cook and eat at a large table. The dining room has two balconies and on one of them the guest can lay clothes or even sunbathe while having a coffee, for example. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub and a good space to make use of this one. Guest access The kitchen, as well as one of the balconies can be used without any restrictions. During your stay Normally, my husband and I are always around the house, so we hope to be able to help you if you need it. Although we don't speak English, I speak French (I make myself understood ;)) Judit, our daughter, is the one who speaks English, but she's not at home right now, so communication will be through the documentation we have prepared, and there are always translation apps :) We have a lot of experience hosting people from various countries, so you can count on our full cooperation to help you with anything you need. Other things to note We only accept NON-SMOKING people. At home, apart from my husband, myself and our 24-year-old daughter (temporarily away), we are accompanied by 3 kittens. Martorell is 45'by public transport in the center of Barcelona. We have a bicycle, if needed to go to work at any of the local companies; check the rate.
