The space At Southfield House, there are 3 king-sized bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. Downstairs, there is a separate living area, with 2 sofas and a TV. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen/living space, with 2 sofas and a dining table seating 8. Following on from the kitchen is a laundry area and downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower and bath. On the second floor there is a further 2 bedrooms. Please note that due to the age of the property, the stairs are steep. There is parking available on the road- this is permit holders only. If you can please let me know your vehicle registration before you stay- I can add your details to ensure you can park for the entirety of your visit. Please note that parking is not guaranteed directly outside of the property. Guest access Guests access the property via a lock box.
