To receive our keys on check in, detailed instructions will be provided one day before your arrival. Other things to note: The property is professionally cleaned between each guest's stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time. One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any lost or damaged keys is subject to a $200 charge. Keys that are accidentally locked inside the house, and if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees. Late check outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays on check out. If this occurs, a $50/hour fee applies. Check out - Please take a photo of the keys returned to their location on check out and send the photo on the Airbnb chat for confirmation. PARKING: Please Park all vehicles in our driveway. We advise all of our guests to be respectful of our neighbours and to please not block their driveway at all times. Just a friendly heads-up: there's a nearby power substation that might generate occasional low-frequency noises. Rest assured, it typically does not disrupt your stay, as the noise is not audible unless you are sensitive to such noises. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out. Thanks for understanding! Please keep the music/noise at a minimum between 10 pm-9 am. If we receive any complaints from our neighbours, we will have to cancel your booking. Please respect our neighbours and treat our lovely home well!
