We maintained the charm of the home's era, restored douglas fir floors, 5 panel doors, vintage hardware. At the same time all appliances, and furnishings are new. We named the property Portico Del Vino- "The Wine Porch" to feature the spacious covered front porch, enjoy the charm of downtown Carlton while you're protected from weather all year long. The back deck has a wonderful lighted Tree of Life artwork and full size gas grill creating a delightful setting to enjoy the evenings. Traditional 1902 Oregon homes are charming with many doors, parlors and separate rooms. In our renovation we created a open concept central room from the front door to the kitchen. The outcome is a home that engages everyone while providing multiple areas to gather. The home has central air conditioning and heating. The open concept area around the kitchen, dining area and wine cellar can host everyone as you plan your adventure or enjoy the wine you have discovered. The island host the gas range and lots of room around the kitchen for your culinary skills. One of the unique aspects of this home is space around the kitchen, dining and wine cellar room. Home is fully equipped with all you need to entertain including a wine fridge, bar sink and counter. Home has all the glassware, servings to host dinner for the whole crew.
