Welcome to our newly renovated basement guest suite! This charming and clean one-bedroom apartment has a private entrance and is located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from West Asheville/Haywood Rd. It’s a great place to stay for anyone coming to experience all that Asheville has to offer. We strive to make this space clean, safe, and welcoming so it feels just like home. Nearby amenities include grocery stores, drug stores, Noble Cider, and several great restaurants. The space After parking, you’ll take the stairs down to the lower deck, which leads to the private entrance of the guest suite. From the deck, you can enjoy a nice view of the surrounding area — a peaceful spot to relax during your stay. Inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom/living area with a comfortable king-size bed, love seat, large wall-mounted smart TV, and a clothing closet for your convenience. Off this main room is a full bathroom with a linen closet, stocked with essentials for your stay. The dining area and kitchenette are located in a separate room and include everything you need for light cooking: a two-burner induction cooktop, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, countertop oven, K-Cup coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, and sink. For your comfort, the suite features a mini-split wall unit that allows you to control your own heating and air conditioning. This space is designed to be clean, comfortable, and convenient, with a quiet setting and a lovely view — a great home base while you explore all that Asheville has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guest suite, including the bedroom/living area, bathroom, dining area, and kitchenette. There are no shared spaces — the suite is completely private, and you have your own private entrance from the lower deck. For added security, the two doors that access the lower level are always locked and dead-bolted, giving you peace of mind during your stay. Other things to note Just a quick note — we live in the upper portion of the home with our two small children, so there may occasionally be some light noise, especially footsteps in the mornings and evenings. We truly do our best to keep sound to a minimum and appreciate your understanding! For parking, you’ll have full access to the entire left side of the driveway. It can fit two sedans or two compact SUVs. If you plan to bring two vehicles, please keep this in mind. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide alternative parking arrangements, and our neighborhood does not permit street parking.
