Guest access The guest can use the entire apartment as well as the amenities available in the building, such as: * Floor 1: Lobby (24/7) * Floor 2: Laundry room with app, coworking area, library, gym, pet park and pet bathroom. Yoga area * 24th Floor: Pool, BBQ, * Jacuzzi, Meeting rooms, showers * Garage with size restriction: Length 5cm, Height 2m, Width 1.9m Other things to note Additional services: A private chef with full meal plans and daily housekeeping are available upon request and coordination. Massage service. A private driver can be hired as needed. Important note: - Only people included in the reservation can stay. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund. - Parties or events: It is strictly prohibited sex tourism, parties or events without prior authorization. - Pets: Authorization: Pets are only allowed if they were approved prior to booking. $20 per DAY. Use of the property - Cleaning: Leave the apartment in similar conditions as you found it. - Furniture and items: Do not move large furniture or remove items from the apartment. Appliances and household appliances: Use appliances responsibly and follow the instructions. Rules for the use of the air conditioning 1. Responsible use: Please turn off the air conditioner when you are not in the apartment or when the windows and doors are open. Excessive or improper use could result in additional charges of $60 to cover the cost of electricity or repairs, if necessary. Rules on the use of toilet paper - Proper use: Please only use paper in the trash. Do not dispose of towels, sanitary products, tampons, or any other object, as it could clog the pipes: If a drainage problem occurs due to misuse, additional charges may apply to cover repair costs. Security Keys and access: - Report immediately if you lose your keys. The replacement service cost will be associated with the guest. Noise and behavior - Quiet hours: Respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM // Coexistence: Treat the space and neighbors with respect. - Fines: Violations of these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
