The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Parts of the house are one of the oldest buildings in the district with a modern extension designed by a local architect. Nordnes is a historic part of Bergen with many small streets. From the house there is approx. a 10 minute walk to the Aquarium in Bergen and Nordnesparken, and 500 meters to Torgallmenningen.
