Static caravan with sea view

Stonybrook is a privately owned static caravan in the award winning holiday park of Ladram Bay, on the beautiful Jurassic Coast. Spacious private decking with stunning views of fields and sea. There is furniture on the deck to enjoy meals and also a patio area with seating for relaxing. A few minutes walk from the park amenities (swimming pool, arcade, shop, restaurant, cafe, fish & chip shop, and more) and beautiful beach. There are plenty of walking routes and nearby places to visit. The space Stonybrook is a 2022 static caravan with an open plan kitchen and dining area with seating for four people. There is a TV and DVD, and Wi-Fi (via mobile broadband). There are games and maps for days out and days in. The living area contains a long L-shaped sofa with an incorporated sofa bed. There is a gas fire and central heating. There are two bedrooms. One is a twin bedroom but can be provided with the beds together as a king sized bed (as in the photo). This bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers, wall cabinets and space under the beds for storing luggage, etc. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, wall cabinets and bedside tables with drawers. There is also a built in wardrobe. There is a vanity table with a stool and mirror. The master bedroom has a en-suite toilet with sink and towel radiator. There is a family bathroom with toilet, sink, wall cabinet and a shower. Linen is supplied for stays of 4 nights of more. Please bring towels. A bath mat and hand towel is supplied. Cleaning materials are supplied and there is a vacuum cleaner in the master bedroom wardrobe. The van is strictly non smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed. Guest access Ladram Bay has security at the entrance to the park. When you first arrive, please confirm that you are staying in a caravan in Monks View. After this please be sure to display the visitors permit in your vehicle. There is parking by Stonybrook with space for up to two cars. There are 3 steps up from road/parking to the patio. The caravan is accessed via the patio area with 3 steps up to a gate and onto the decking. The decking area is spacious with furniture for four people (table, chairs and parasol). The decking is enclosed. There is also a patio by the caravan (not enclosed) with two seats and a coffee table. The patio is surrounded by grass. The highlight of this caravan is the view of the field and sea in the distance. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times while in the Holiday Park. Dogs are not allowed on the beach however. Ladram Bay Holiday Park has excellent amenities for all ages. For children there are daily activities in the clubhouse, swimming in the on-site pool or the sea, a playground, mini golf, arcade, climbing wall, and more. Please note that charges apply for the pool, mini golf and climbing wall (from reception). There is entertainment in the evenings in the newly refurbished clubhouse. There is also a well stocked shop, restaurant with a veranda, beach cafe, fish & chip takeaway and cafe by the indoor pool. There is a cash machine on-site as well. For walkers there are plenty of walking areas. There are walking books in the caravan with plenty to chose from. Other things to note You must have a parking pass to access the Holiday Park. When you first arrive, please advise security that you are staying in Monks View. Parking permits will be provided for displaying in your your vehicle. Please make sure these permits are left behind at the end of your stay.
