The property is 5 kilometers from the imperial city of Bad Ischl and is located in a good starting point for countless activities in the middle of the Salzkammergut. Our farm has freely accessible places in the countryside to recover and relax, and it also has a direct connection to the public bike paths that lead to the lakes in the area. The space 40 m² cottage with fully equipped kitchen and living room with fold-out couch, bedroom, bathroom with toilet. The kitchen includes a high-quality kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker as well as dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is also a corner bench and 2 chairs in the kitchen. In the living room, there is a fold-out 180 x 200 cm couch, which is equipped with a high-quality mattress and slatted base and a TV with various connections. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality solid wood bed in the size 180 × 200 m, a matching bedside table and clothes rack. The bathroom includes a large shower (130 x 80), a vanity with mirror, a washing machine and a toilet. A spacious terrace with corner bench and table with access to the garden, views of the mountains and a free parking space are of course also available. In the immediate vicinity (about 500 m) there is a public bus connection that takes you to the imperial city of Bad Ischl in 5 minutes. From there, further connections to other villages are easily available. Other things to note Our apartment is equipped with high-quality cotton blankets, upholstery and covers. A tourist tax of €3.50 per day will be charged per adult. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
