HI, welcome to my fully furnished private studio room in UNA Service Residence ^^ You can come with your partner to have a wonderful gathering with enjoying 100Mbps high speed WIFI. The space is also suitable for you or your members to work at home (WFH). My private studio room is just located opposite Sunway Velocity Shopping Mall and 3min walk to Maluri MRT station. Is super convenient to look for foods and beverages since downstairs of the residence have mini market and restaurant. The space You will have the entire private place to yourself during the stay and it is not sharing with others :) You will be using access card to take the building lift to my place. Inside your private place have your own: - 1 Queen sized bed - Working desk and chair - Unblocking view from window - Water heater for shower - Basic kitchen appliances (eg. plates, cups, spoons, forks and so on) - TV Streams like Netflix and Youtube One parking space are provided with free access. You can also take Grab car to come here or the nearest monorail station is Maluri MRT station which just 3min walking distance from residence. Note: * No smoking and vaping inside the house Guest access UNA Service Residence is providing high-secure environment which every guest needs to use the access card given to access ground floor lobby entrance and only can use access card to access specific floor level. Facilities that can enjoy inside residence: - Indoor and Outdoor Infinity pool - Indoor Gym room - Indoor Children Playground - Rooftop Sky Garden (smoking area) Lobby area inside residence have: - Mini market store - Mamak restaurant - Chinese restaurant - Car polish shop Other things to note 1) Kindly turn off electricity when not using 2) Quiet hours after 10pm 3) No smoking and vaping inside the unit, but you can smoke at rooftop open air 4) Pets are strictly not allowed inside building 5) Drugs are strictly not allowed inside building 6) Kindly leave the place clean and tidy after checked-out Kindly and appreciate that our guests can take good care of my house.
