It is walking distance to bus stop and 2 miles to metro station. This place has excellent Wiifi for students to study and work on their assignments. The space The room has Ikea wardrobe and is freshly painted with new carpet. The room has study desk and chair and excellent Wifi to work from home. This home is ideal for medical professionals like travel nurse, resident doctors, technicians, as well as military officer and contractor because this home is only 2 miles to St Elizabeth hospital and 3 miles to Joint Bowling Anacostia military base. This home is only 2 miles from metro station and bus stop is only 3 minute walk. Shopping center and I95 is only 1 mile and Ronald Reagan Airport in Arlington is only 10 miles and 17 minute drive. This is the most desirable neighborhood as it’s centrally located and only 1 mile to Washington DC, 1 mile to shopping center and I95, 2 miles to Metro Station, 3 miles to Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, 4 miles to MGM Casino Nationalg Harbor and water front, 6 miles to US Capital Grounds, 7 miles to Union Station, National Mall, Old town Alexandria Harbor and Andrews Air Force Base, 10 miles to Crystal City and Ronald Reagan Airport in Arlington Virginia, 11 miles to INNOVA Alexandria hospital and Medstar WashingtonDC. I have ample free parking on the street outside my home and the bus stop is only few minute walk. The bus goes to nearby metro station which is only 2 miles from this home. Uber and Lyft are available 24 hours. There is excellent public transportation for guest without cars who are visiting for internship in Washington DC. Guest access Guest can access their assigned room, shared bathroom and kitchen. Upstairs and backyard is off limits for guest. During your stay I host remotely but I have a dedicated Co-host who stays at this Airbnb to assist guests. Other things to note This is a no smoking 🚭 home, not suitable for loud and noisy guests. House quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. This Airbnb home is shared with multiple Airbnb guests that have booked a room in this home. $60 Late checkout fee will be charged by Airbnb for leaving 1 hour after checkout time. We don't provide towels or wash cloth, guest should bring their own. As per community rules every guest has to send a photo of valid ID 🪪 immediately after booking and before Checkin.
