We are nicely located East of Center TX near Toledo Bend reservoir and recreation area and Sam Rayburn National Forest and recreation area. We are 60 miles from Shreveport and 40 miles from Nacogdoches. Master bedroom - Queen bed, master bathroom and large closet Second bedroom - 2 Queen beds, a futon, and large closet Portable crib available Can sleep up to 14 with air mattresses The space Bring the whole family to this peaceful and spacious house with hardwood floors and a work/office area. The house sits on nearly 6 acres with an RV park. There's a little pond that has turtles and fish in it. guests are welcome to bring their poles and see what they can catch. Guest access Whole house. Fenced in back yard with deck that is accessible through the garage. Laundry available onsite also accessed through the garage Other things to note I use natural cleaning products as much as possible. After every guest I run an air purifier. I ensure that everything is sanitize between each guest as well. We have recently added a reverse osmosis system to the cold water in the kitchen. Our guests can now enjoy clean water for cooking and drinking! My husband and I are new to the area and are learning things as we go. I'm also new to hosting and I'm working on improvements to the house as I go. If there is something I could do better please let me know.
