Unwind at this peaceful location, a new barn conversion, at the foot of the Malvern Hills with breathtaking views. A lovely sized space with patio. A short walk to Castlemorton Common with access to 1,000's of acres to explore on foot or cycle Many local pubs serve wonderful food & drink 3 Counties Showground, 3 beautiful towns 10 min drive, Eastnor Castle and Cotswolds not far away and much more 1 well behaved, quiet adult dog. Please add at booking. Not practical for infants. The space This cute cottage has four rooms - large kitchen/dining, lounge, bedroom has Super King bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower, large bath tub, twin sinks and underfloor heating throughout. The patio is at the back of the cottage, access through patio door in the sitting room. The car park is directly outside the cottage. From the farm gate you can step onto Castlemorton Common where you have access to 1,000's of acres of open countryside to explore, you can also walk from the farm to the Malvern Hill ridge which is flat on top 9 miles long or just going up for the views is wonderful. Plum is set on our farm, there are horses, dogs and cats. The cottage is part of a new barn conversion of two holiday lets back to back both have private, fully-enclosed outdoor spaces and a small orchard separates the patios. We have pubs and cafes in walking distance. The towns of Malvern, Ledbury and Upton Upon Severn are only 10/15 min drive where you will find many wonderful shops and food/drink. Three Counties Show Ground is only 2.5 miles away which has weekly attractions. Eastnor Castle is 10 min drive or approx 2 hour walk across the Common which has many things on during the year. Towns of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester are 30/45 min drive. Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl are in Malvern town 5/15 min drive. Village Shop/post office is 1 mile away. Horse racing at Cheltenham and Worcester. Wine tasting/Heritage home. The Cotswolds is not far away 45 min drive and you could be in Broadway which is often referred to as the "Jewel of the Cotswolds". The next village to Broadway is Snowshill where Bridget Jones Diary was filmed. The cottage and grounds are non-smoking. Dogs - One well behaved quiet adult dog welcome. The outdoor space isn't huge but it's enclosed and great walks are to be had once through the farm gate, keeping you and your dog happy and healthy. Please keep dogs on leads when on the driveway. Guest access Your cottage, parking space in front of the cottage and the enclosed patio. Other things to note Our guidance is that the barn is not suitable for toddlers and infants; there are steep stone steps and sleepers in the garden that a young child could injure themselves on. The barn is a Semi-detached property and we ask that you show respect for your neighbours. We want you to have an stress-free stay and relax without being overly concerned about any risks. Please bring all your pets needs with you and make sure they are up to date with vaccine's and flea treatment. No Christmas decorations. Walkable pubs across the Common and public foot paths - Plume of Feathers - WR13 6JB (Beer garden) dog friendly approx 30 min walk. The Malvern Hills Hotel Pub - WR13 6DW (Pub food and drinking areas) dog friendly approx 50 min walk up hill all the way but fun coming home 😊
