The spacious vacation home was adapted to an old vineyard in 2018 with a magnificent view of the landscape. With the forest in the back, it offers a unique microclimate. Another bedroom offers 2 single beds. A sleeping loft, accessible from the living room via a staircase, offers 2 alternative sleeping places. In the laundry room, the washing machine and dryer offer the possibility of quick laundry. Outside, an approx. 80 m2 wooden terrace with a wrap-around balcony, a covered play area with swing, sandpit, ping-pong table and barbecue area invite you to relax and play.
