Our small maisonette is located: - at the foot of the tram, - 6 minutes' walk from Pessac center and its SNCF train station that serves Bordeaux center in 9 minutes or Arcachon in 40 minutes, - 6 min drive from the large Bersol shopping area. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE IN THE PROPERTY. The space Carefully furnished, the accommodation includes a cozy bed, an equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a bright and warm living space. - BEDROOM AREA with the 1st bed: double bed 140 x 200. - LIVING ROOM AREA with the 2nd bed: sofa bed, BZ type, 140 x 190, which we prefer to limit to one person for maximum comfort. - A fully equipped KITCHENETTE, equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook and reheat your meals (pots, strainer, pans, complete dishes, electric stove, toaster and microwave/2 in 1 oven). - A BATHROOM with shower and hairdryer available, - A BREAKFAST AREA with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, tea and pods available. FOR YOUR COMFORT, THE FOLLOWING IS PROVIDED: - all linens (bedding and towels) - basic condiments (oil, salt and pepper). Note, however, that the outbuilding has no television or Wi-Fi access. Guest access The outbuilding is located in the owners' garden and the entrance is shared through the large gate. Guests do not have access to the owners' home. Guests have access to: - a private parking space, - the entire outbuilding, - the entrance courtyard inside the gate to park their vehicle safely, - the outdoor area located just in front of the outbuilding and furnished. Other things to note The neighborhood is very quiet and green.
