The space As you step into your unit, you'll be welcomed by a stylish living area, a cozy dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The home features three comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Two full-size beds Bedroom 2 – One queen bed Bedroom 3 – A daybed with a trundle The bathroom includes a tub for relaxation. The basement, shared with the upper unit, houses the washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access You'll have access to the main floor unit and shared laundry in the basement. Other things to note This unit offers street parking only. Driveway is reserved for upper unit as driveway can't be blocked at anytime. The whole place has air conditioning besides the back sunroom area. We do have fans available.
