You enter from the garden directly into the space of what was once the olive warehouse. The two large sofas can be transformed into Queen size beds (160x200 cm). At the bottom on the right is the well-equipped kitchen (only the dishwasher is missing) with a dining corner for breakfast or for lunches and dinners indoors in case of rain. On the left is the bathroom complete with tub and shower. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. The house faces South-West with a view of the garden and the Camaiore valley and the windows are equipped with blackout shutters. The air conditioning (which comes into operation at a time pre-programmed by the property and cannot be modified to limit consumption and related pollution from 12 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon, siesta time, and from 7 in the afternoon to 8 in the morning, night time) guarantees coolness in the hottest hours. If one prefers ceiling fans to air conditioning, one can freely request that it be deactivated. The garden is equipped for an outdoor holiday, table, chairs, sun loungers, barbeque umbrella. The swimming pool is 20 meters away. Guest access Guests at THE OLIVE MILL have their parking below the house at the parking ground. They have their own private garden furnished with out door living furniture (table, chairs, umbrella, sun beds, barbeque) . At the swimming pool as space around it is tight they will find their umbrella and two sunbeds marked in WHITE scoth coloured tape. WHITE is the colour of the THE OLIVE MILL. Please do not take other houses sun beds or umbrellas. Other things to note The road that leads to the house is uphill and in the intermediate stretch, about 200 meters long, it is narrow, winding between houses and walls and narrows to 4 meters (4 yards 15") in width. The road is entirely asphalted and in good condition except for the last 50 meters which still needs to be maintained by the municipality. Camping vans NOT ALLOWED The swimming pool is shared. IMPORTANT: Since the Municipality of Camaiore strictly prohibits the use of any type of garbage bag other than those provided, under penalty of non-collection, the garbage bag will not be collected. These bags are: TRANSPARENT YELLOW plastic bag for plastic, cans, and tins, TRANSPARENT plastic bag for anything that is NOT compostable, PAPER bag for clean, recyclable paper and Tetrapacks, LIGHT GREEN BIODEGRADABLE bags for compostable items, GREEN bin for glass without caps, you will find a supply of each of these bags at the house. Should you need more, please do not hesitate to ask us. The TOURIST TAX of €1.50 per person must be paid in cash upon arrival. All guests over the age of 14 at the time of arrival are required to pay this tax. The tax is in effect from June 1st to September 30th for a maximum of 7 nights.
