Spend time in our full size saltwater pool and connected inground hot tub. The private pool has a waterfall wall, basketball hoop and a tanning shelf. There's plenty of seating in the sun and shade as well as an outdoor TV and outdoor kitchen for grilling. Sit in the shade at our bistro tables or the comfy patio set. The space There is so much to do for all ages without going anywhere! Enjoy the pool and hot tub. Play corn hole or basketball. Compete in the cooled garage game room with arcade games, table hockey, video games, putt putt or darts. Enjoy the 2-mile walking/running/biking trail just steps from the front door! Our home provides the amenities and privacy in a neighborhood setting. You provide the family, friends and special memories. Guest access Entire home and backyard oasis is for guest use. Areas not accessible for guests: Owner's closet in Master Bath Owner's cabinet in Kitchen Owner's closet in Garage Pool pump and heater controls are not for guest use. Other things to note Our home is located in a family neighborhood so please be respectful with noise level and careful driving. Our pricing now includes the 15.5% fee that used to be charged to guests by AirBNB. Owners are now being charged this fee plus our portion of their fee.
