Charming cottage in the centre of historic Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills. The cottage is surrounded by lovely gardens, perfect for relaxing and listening to the local birdlife. Centrally located in the township of Lobethal and close to all shops and amenities, but still maintaining the serenity of country life. The space Self check-in, free wifi and smart TV. Enjoy reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a wood fire in the winter months. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine and some breakfast supplies are provided for your convenience. 2 queen beds with overhead fans and electric blankets, the main bedroom has reverse a/c. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower and there is a separate toilet. The fully equipped laundry has a front loading washer and a dryer. Outside is a gas BBQ with outdoor seating overlooking a lovely garden. Out the gate and the gardens extend down to a flowing creek. There is ample off-road parking down the driveway. Guest access Access to the house and front and rear gardens, including the back garden creek area. The hen enclosure is not accessible, also the garage is not accessible. Please ensure back gate is kept shut if small children are visiting as the creek can be quite deep. Other things to note FIRE SEASON: Please be advised that no wood fires can be lit between 1 December and 30 April.
